MY FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!

Friday was my first birthday!!! It has been such a fun year for everyone...including me.
I was so excited because Mom took off on Friday to be with me and get ready for the big party on Saturday. Here I am hanging out with Mom and Dad on my birthday!


Lady Gran and Grandaddy came to see me on Friday afternoon and Grandaddy brought me a chocolate cupcake. It was my first taste of chocolate and I liked it!!!
Aunt Chrissy came over Friday night to wish me a happy birthday and have dinner with all of us.

Here I am the morning of the party. I was so excited that I only took a one hour nap. There was so much going on!!!


Everyone got to our house around lunch time. Here is my first present that I got...little chicks that had been born that morning! I played with them for a little while, but then they had to go...

Then it was time for birthday cake! Lady Gran made me what my Dad calls Granny's cake! Here are Mom and Dad right before they brought it to me.

Mom made me take off my shirt while I ate the cake.

But then Mom gave me my first birthday bib. I had cake in my hair, in my ears and all over my belly!!

I liked smooshing the cake all over my fingers!! It was so good!

Once I was cleaned up and changed it was time to open my presents! I got some great things...a dump truck, lots of clothes, some toys for the beach and THREE bubble lawn mowers. Ha! I loved them all!

Here's me with Mom and Dad. We had a great day! I was so excited that everyone got to come to celebrate my birthday! Thanks to everyone that showed up and thank you very much for all the love and all of the presents! I can't wait to do it again next year!
